Dominique James

Dominique James is an Architectural Designer with experience delivering residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across London and the South East. A First-Class graduate of the University of East London with a Master’s degree in Architecture, she combines strong design skills with a practical understanding of planning, technical coordination and project delivery.

Dominique has worked on a broad range of residential developments, from bespoke home extensions and refurbishments to larger multi-unit housing schemes, feasibility studies and planning applications. She has developed particular expertise in site appraisal, design development and navigating complex planning constraints, helping clients unlock development opportunities while balancing commercial objectives with high-quality architectural design.

Working extensively within Autodesk Revit, Dominique contributes to the development of coordinated BIM models and technical design information for residential new-build, retrofit and refurbishment projects. She collaborates closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary consultant teams, producing coordinated drawings, planning packages and technical information that support efficient project delivery through each stage of the design process.

With a strong interest in placemaking, sustainability and the evolving built environment, Dominique approaches every project with creativity, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset. She is recognised for her analytical approach, strong communication skills and commitment to delivering thoughtful, buildable design solutions that respond sensitively to both their context and the aspirations of the client.
