Ian Routley ARB

Ian has 40 years of extensive and varied experience as a ‘hands on’ Senior Architect, Team Leader and Design & Technical Manager, working for several respected AJ100 Architectural practices and also Housing developers. Throughout his career he has typically led the Design, Optimisation, Delivery & Construction stages of many award-winning projects, particularly high-quality Residential & Mixed-Use schemes, including some of central London's most iconic new-build projects, together with contextual low-rise developments in suburban and rural areas.He has often performed the role of Lead Consultant for many large Private Residential & Commercial Developers and D&B Contractors. He has also led teams on several major urban estate regeneration projects for consortia of Private Developers, Local Authorities and Housing Associations, including detailed stakeholder engagement and consultation.
