Stephanie Fanizza is an accomplished Architectural Designer and Project Lead with extensive experience delivering complex residential, mixed-use and retrofit developments throughout London. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Studies from Nelson Mandela University, South Africa, she has developed a strong reputation for successfully managing projects through the planning process and leading multidisciplinary design teams from concept through to technical development.

Stephanie has particular expertise in planning strategy, heritage and conservation, with a proven ability to unlock challenging urban and listed building sites through thoughtful, context-sensitive design. She combines a strong design ethos with a detailed understanding of planning policy, enabling her to navigate complex planning constraints while maintaining architectural quality and commercial viability.

Working extensively within Autodesk Revit, Stephanie leads the coordination and development of BIM models across multi-unit residential, refurbishment and retrofit projects, ensuring design information is fully coordinated and effectively integrated with structural and building services consultants. Her collaborative approach and technical understanding allow her to translate complex design and planning requirements into clear, coordinated information that supports efficient project delivery.

As Project Lead, Stephanie is responsible for managing project programmes, coordinating consultant teams, overseeing client communication and driving projects through key design gateways. She is recognised for her proactive approach, strong organisational skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients, consultants and local authorities, ensuring projects progress efficiently while maintaining exceptional design standards.
