Abbey Wall Works was designed with the intention to make a meaningful impact in South Wimbledon. Situated on a challenging narrow plot, the development features 66 high-end apartments and commercial space. Our approach carefully respected the site's historical context, ensuring the new structure harmonized with the surrounding architecture and character. The use of quality materials and aesthetics reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, which resonates with the local heritage and elevates the overall neighbourhood appeal.

The project focuses on innovative design and community engagement. The layout features open plan living areas with large windows and private balconies, fostering a vibrant, interconnected living experience. To enhance community interaction, we incorporated feature communal roof gardens where residents can relax and socialise. The commercial space has been thoughtfully designed to attract diverse retailers, contributing to a bustling community atmosphere thatinvites exploration and connection.
