Effie Road Church sets out to make a remarkable transformation in Fulham by converting an existing church building into high-end apartments. Our team focused on a design approach that balances preservation and modernity, ensuring the essence of the church is celebrated in its newresidential form.
In our mission to create exceptional living environments, we designed the full project to highlight and take advantage of the church's distinctive features, such as stained-glass windows, vaulted ceilings, and intricate stonework. Our vision includes carefully positioned layouts that maximise the use of space and light, allowing for an elegant and comfortable lifestyle. Each apartment will be tailored to provide luxury while respecting the building's historical character, resulting in aunique living experience.
Effie Road Church enables residents to truly live in a beautifully revitalised space. We have successfully obtained the first step in planning consent for the transformation and are currently leading the technical design to bring this vision to life. This project not only provides high-end apartments but also contributes to the community by preserving a historic building, offering residents a unique connection to Fulham's rich heritage while enjoying modern amenities andcomforts.
