Iron Works Yard, situated in the charming neighbourhood of Crouch End, was initiated by the client’s vision to convert an isolated MOT garage into a vibrant community of boutique apartments. MCL Architecture embraced this unique challenge, leading the design process while skilfully navigating the complexities of planning and neighbour relations. The aim was to revitalize the site as a dynamic living space that not only respects its industrial heritage but alsomatches the character of the surrounding area.
