Edgeborough House sets out to make a significant transformation in Guildford by converting an existing office building into modern, stylish apartments. Our project focuses on extending the structure upwards by two floors, elevating the overall functionality and aesthetic appeal of the building. MCL Architecture took the lead in designing the full scheme, ensuring that the new residential space meets the needs of contemporary living while harmonising with the localarchitecture.
In our quest to create a vibrant living environment, we designed a comprehensive conversion strategy for Edgeborough House, transforming the space into contemporary apartments that boast open layouts and abundant natural light. The upward extension adds valuable living space, enhancing the overall residential experience. Each apartment is thoughtfully designed with modern finishes and amenities, providing comfort and style for residents, and contributingto the revitalisation of the area.
Edgeborough House allows residents to truly live in a reimagined urban setting. With the successful acquisition of planning permission for the conversion and extension, this project is set to offer modern living spaces that cater to a variety of lifestyles.
