At Furness House in Redhill, we embarked on an exciting journey to transform an existing office building into 89 contemporary apartments. Embracing sustainable architecture, we aimed to honour the site’s history while injecting modernity into its essence. Our vision was to reimagine the space, creating homes that inspire and uplift the community, emphasising quality livingwithin an urban environment.

The challenges of converting an office structure into functional residences were significant. We creatively tackled the need to reconfigure large, open office spaces into cosy yet stylish apartments. Careful consideration was given to maximising natural light and ensuring efficient layouts. By collaborating closely with structural engineers and design innovators, we redefined the building's interior without compromising its structural integrity, enabling the seamlessintegration of essential amenities necessary for modern living.

The completed Furness House stands as a testament to thoughtful design and adaptation, offering stylish living spaces that foster a vibrant community. By prioritising both aesthetic appeal and functionality, residents are now treated to an inviting environment that enhances their daily lives. This project exemplifies our commitment to creating spaces that not only meet housing needs but also nurture connections and promote a sense of belonging in Redhill. We believe that by making, creating, and living thoughtfully, we can shape the future of urban living.
