Sotheron Place, located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Fulham, was envisioned by the client as a transformative mixed-use development. The goal was to revitalise an underutilised site into a high-end building that would include 31 luxurious apartments, office space, ground-floor retail units, and a modern gym. MCL Architecture was brought on board to lead this ambitious project, ensuring a design that enhances the urban fabric while creating a destination development thatstrongly connects to the riverfront.
MCL Architecture focused on crafting a stunning design that harmonises with Fulham's character and takes full advantage of the site’s proximity to the river. The development features elegant façades and modern interiors, emphasising quality and sophistication throughout the apartments.
